We are happy to have the opportunity to assist organizations who support and benefit individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism through sponsorship of events and programs so they can continue the cycle of doing good for the community.

Pitt County Special Olympics
Special Olympics of Pitt County strives for inclusiveness and kindness and provides training and collaboration for anyone with intellectual disabilities. Participating in Special Olympics allows members to develop new skills, meet new people, and spend time enjoying themselves through physical activities.
Exceptional Children’s Baseball League
The Exceptional Community Baseball League is a coed baseball program for special needs athletes ages 5 and up. ECBL focuses on empowering team activities through a specialized baseball program for the special needs population of Pitt County.
East Carolina University’s Music Therapy Program
East Carolina University’s Music Therapy Program has provided student-led music experiences to residents of the Pitt County Group Homes since the 1980s. The Foundation will be providing an annual scholarship for a Music Therapy major. ECU’s College of Fine Arts and Communication is naming the clinic’s therapy room, Joyner 219, in recognition of the Pitt County Group Home Foundation’s generosity and long-standing partnership.
